Wichtige Hinweise vor dem Update:
Poly VideoOS 4.3.x wird nicht für Poly Studio X72-Systeme unterstützt und steht für diese weder auf dem Poly Update Server, in Poly Lens, der Zoom-Geräteverwaltung noch im Microsoft Teams Admin Center zur Verfügung.
Poly Studio G62 wird mit Poly VideoOS 4.1.5 ausgeliefert. Poly empfiehlt dringend, das System im Rahmen des Einrichtungsvorgangs sofort auf die neueste Version zu aktualisieren.
Poly Studio X52 wird mit der Software Poly VideoOS 4.1.0 ausgeliefert, ein Downgrade auf eine frühere Version ist jedoch nicht möglich.
Für Poly G7500- und Poly Studio X Series-Systeme (mit Ausnahme der Poly Studio X52) ist ein Downgrade auf frühere Poly VideoOS 4.x-Versionen möglich.
Ein Downgrade von Poly VideoOS 4.x auf 3.x-Versionen wird nicht unterstützt.
Ihr System muss mindestens mit Poly VideoOS 3.14.1 oder neuer betrieben werden, bevor ein Update durchgeführt werden kann.
