Die Unterst\u00fctzung der CCX400 rundet nun den Support nach unten hin ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der USB-Telefonmodus erm\u00f6glicht es Benutzern, Anrufe direkt von der Telefonhardware \u00fcber Softphone Clients wie z.B. Microsoft Teams (PC Client) oder Zoom (PC Client) auf ihren Windows-Computern.   zu t\u00e4tigen. Mac-Computer unterst\u00fctzen das W\u00e4hlen \u00fcber das USB-Telefon nicht.<br>Der Softphone-Client auf dem Computer muss HID-Verbindungen (Human Interface Device) unterst\u00fctzen. Im USB-Telefonmodus k\u00f6nnen keine anderen nativen Anrufanwendungen auf dem Telefon ausgef\u00fchrt werden. F\u00fcr die beste Leistung, verwenden Sie den USB-Telefonmodus nur mit einem Softphone-Client gleichzeitig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hinweis zur CCX 400:<\/strong><br>Im USB Audio Mode kann das CCX400 keine zus\u00e4tzliche USB Headset Verbindung nutzen. Es ist also ein &#8222;Entweder Oder&#8220; Szenario. Entweder nutzen Sie ein Headset oder den USB Audio Modus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aitsc.de\/blog\/usb-audo-mode-mit-ihrem-poly-ccx-phone-nutzen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Die Einrichtung habe ich hier in einem separaten Blog Post beschrieben -&gt; Klick<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Call-Applications-Switching--on-CCX-Phones-\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">Call Applications Switching  on CCX Phones<\/span> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Analog zur Trio, bei der es das Application switching schon seit einiger Zeit gibt, hat Poly dieses Feature nun auch auf den CCX Phones released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poly CCX-Business-Media-Telefone k\u00f6nnen auf die Poly OpenSIP-Anrufanwendung umschalten, wenn Sie   Microsoft Teams oder Zoom als  Standardeinstellung festlegen. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Sie Poly OpenSIP als Backup f\u00fcr Anrufe f\u00fcr die F\u00e4lle festlegen, in denen Teams- oder Zoom Anrufe nicht verf\u00fcgbar sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aitsc.de\/blog\/so-nutzen-sie-app-switching-auf-hrem-poly-ccx-phone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Wie Sie das Switching aktivieren und konfigurieren, haben ich hier beschrieben -&gt; Klick!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Basic-Authentication-for-Web-Proxy-\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">Basic Authentication for Web Proxy<\/span> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die CCX Phones unterst\u00fctzen ab 7.2 die Basic-Authentication via Username und Password an Ihrem Proxy Server. Erweiterte M\u00f6glichkeiten wie NTLM sind derzeit noch nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"STIR\/SHAKEN-Call-Validation\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">STIR\/SHAKEN Call Validation<\/span> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>STIR\/SHAKEN ist ein Framework aus miteinander verbundenen Standards. STIR\/SHAKEN sind Akronyme f\u00fcr die &#8222;Standards Secure Telephone Identity Revisited&#8220; (STIR) und &#8222;Signature-based Handling of Asserted Information Using toKENs&#8220; (SHAKEN). Dies bedeutet, dass die Anrufer-ID von Anrufen, die \u00fcber miteinander verbundene Telefonnetze geleitet werden, von den urspr\u00fcnglichen Betreibern als legitim &#8222;signiert&#8220; und von anderen Betreibern validiert wird, bevor sie die Verbraucher erreichen.
