– Ein Poly CCX 600 oder Poly CCX 700 Telefon
– Einen PC \/ ein Notebook
– Internetzugang<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los geht\u00b4s …<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Anmeldung des Telefons in Zoom ben\u00f6tigen wir zuerst die MAC Adresse des Devices. Am Einfachsten finden wir diese \u00fcber das Webinterface heraus. \u00d6ffnen Sie dazu Ihren Webbrowser, rufen Sie die IP Adresse Ihrer CCX auf und loggen Sie sich mit Ihren Admin Credentials ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach dem erfolgreichen Login finden Sie die notwendige Info direkt auf der ersten Seite. Notieren oder kopieren Sie sich die MAC Adresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf der ersten Seite sehen Sie direkt den Typ Ihres Telefons und dessen MAC Adresse<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Rufen Sie nun „https:\/\/zoom.us“ in Ihrem Browser auf und loggen Sie sich mit Ihren Zugangsdaten ein (Admin Rechte sind notwendig).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klicken Sie links in der Navigation auf „Device Management<\/strong>“ und anschliessend auf „Device List<\/strong>„.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klicken Sie in der rechten oberen Ecke auf das Symbol mit den 3 Punkten „…<\/strong>“ und anschliessend auf „Add Zoom Phone Appliance<\/strong>„<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geben Sie im PopUp Fenster nun die ben\u00f6tigen Werte ein. Dies sind:
– MAC Adresse<\/strong> (diese haben Sie im Webinterface der CCX notiert oder kopiert; Sie k\u00f6nnen diese mit oder ohne Trenner eintragen)
– Device Type<\/strong> (W\u00e4hlen Sie Poly als Hersteller und entsprechend Ihres Endger\u00e4te-Typs CCX 600 oder CCX 700)
– Assign to<\/strong> (W\u00e4hlen Sie hier den User aus, dem das Phone zugeordnet sein soll. Wichtig: Dieser muss eine Phone License zugeordnet haben)
– Display Name<\/strong> (Freitext – w\u00e4hlen Sie einen aussagekr\u00e4ftigen Namen zur einfachen sp\u00e4teren Identifizierung)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klicken Sie nun auf Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das „neue Device“ sollte nun als offline in der Device List angezeigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir m\u00fcssen nun unser Phone in Werkseinstellungen zur\u00fccksetzen.
Wir rufen also wieder das CCX Webinterface auf und loggen uns ggf. wieder ein.
Klicken Sie dann auf „Utilities<\/strong>“ und anschliessend auf „Phone Backup & Restore<\/strong>„.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unter „Global Settings<\/strong>“ klicken Sie bitte auf den „Restore<\/strong>“ Button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach dem Reboot f\u00fchrt das Telefon ggf. ein Software Update durch und f\u00fchrt Sie durch den Setup Wizard (Passwort \u00c4nderung, Sprache, Zeitzone). Im Anschluss k\u00f6nnen Sie das „Base Profile“ w\u00e4hlen. Klicken Sie hier auf „Zoom Phone<\/strong>“ und klicken Sie auf „Next<\/strong>„<\/p>\n\n\n\n
