No bad history with \u201cthat one system that never worked.\u201d She just pressed the button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We talk about user adoption<\/em>. We build onboarding journeys, write handouts, and give trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But maybe what people really need isn\u2019t a manual. It\u2019s just the confidence to try.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The feeling that: \u201cI\u2019m allowed to do this. I can\u2019t break it.
